Manufacturing Engineering Manager
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead engineering initiatives, manage a high-performing team, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and innovation across engineering projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or engineering
- Six Sigma Certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and enforce company policies and safety standards , maintaining a zero-injury mindset
- Assess and support training and development needs for the engineering team
- Oversee all plant engineering activities , including cost analysis and project planning
- Lead the team in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Partner with production teams to enhance throughput , ergonomics, and overall process efficiency
- Ensure all engineering projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure successful execution of engineering solutions
