Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Consultant for a full-time on-site contract role in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration, with specific expertise in Apex, LWC, Integrations (REST & SOAP), Triggers, and Vlocity (OmniStudio).

This is a 12-month contract position, working on-site 5 days a week, with a competitive rate of $60/hr (C2C). Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Salesforce configuration, custom object creation, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.

  • Design and develop robust custom applications using Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs.

  • Develop responsive front-end components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Implement and maintain API integrations using REST and SOAP services.

  • Build and configure Vlocity components including:

  • Data Raptors

  • OmniScripts

  • Integration Procedures

  • Product Console

  • Document Generation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through effective unit testing and defect resolution.

  • Follow Agile methodologies and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and configuration.

  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, triggers, and Salesforce administration.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

  • 2 years of experience with Salesforce Vlocity (OmniStudio) including:

  • Data Raptors

  • OmniScripts

  • Integration Procedures

  • Product Console

  • Document Generation

  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and on-site 5 days a week in Houston, TX.

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer, Admin)

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.)

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments

Additional Information:

  • Work Mode: On-site (5 days per week in Houston mandatory)
