We re supporting our direct financial client in New York City with a hybrid contract opportunity for an Expense Reimbursement Analyst. This role will begin on-site before moving to a hybrid schedule.

Position Details

• Role: Expense Reimbursement Analyst

• Location: New York, NY 10036 (Hybrid on-site to start)

• Duration: 6+ months

• Pay: Up to $35.56/hr on W2 (no benefits)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison with sales to facilitate the Expense Reimbursement process on a daily basis

• Track progress of Distribution Management projects and analyze data to help prioritize work

• Navigate firm resources and coordinate with internal departments to gather information and respond to requests

• Maintain excellent communication with senior management and sales representatives

• Provide support for ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication, writing, judgment, and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities

• Positive, enthusiastic team player with a professional demeanor

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Bachelor s degree preferred
