Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract

Location: Plano, TX – Onsite

Mandatory:

Minimum 10 years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem

Experience in architecting Salesforce solutions

Must hold Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification

Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce coding and configuration

Extensive expertise in various integrations, particularly API integrations

Proficient in code review and effective collaboration with development teams

Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is a plus

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, architecture, and integrations, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. Lead technical architecture discussions and recommend best practices for scalability and performance. Perform hands-on development and configuration using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Lead and support complex integrations with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware platforms. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of development processes and tools. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 10 years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem. Must hold the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification. Proven, hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration. Strong background in architecting scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. Extensive experience in system integrations, especially via APIs. Skilled in code review, debugging, and collaborating with development teams in agile environments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have: Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) is a plus.
