Reports and Dashboards, Form administration, Knowledge Management, User Administration and other Sys admin skills

Experience with Service Portal

Experience with ServiceNow CSM is a plus

Development experience on ServiceNow mobile platform is a plus

Responsibilities

Work with the functional team to develop solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate development efforts within the team

Configure and build ServiceNow core and Custom applications

Develop system integrations and process automation

Create and configure various ServiceNow components

Develop various components for Service Portal
