Client seeks a senior professional to lead high-impact initiatives, including streamlining participant onboarding and launching a data-sharing partnership with the State Health Plan. This role involves designing strategic workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams, and transitioning operations to permanent staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement onboarding processes and data governance frameworks.
  • Launch early use cases in care management, population health, and quality measurement.
  • Provide strategic policy support and ensure smooth hand-offs.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s in health informatics, public health, policy, or related field (Master s preferred).
  • 7+ years leading complex health IT or policy projects.
  • Deep knowledge of health data standards, EHR integration, and privacy/security.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
