Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive data-driven initiatives and provide insights that support product development, marketing, sales, and business strategy. Role involves analyzing large datasets, developing KPIs, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align analytics with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data analytics strategies and governance.
  • Analyze and interpret datasets to uncover trends and business opportunities.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Support predictive analytics, forecasting, and customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate with market research, competitive intelligence, sales, and product teams.
  • Track KPIs and report performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Analytics or related field (Master s preferred).
  • 5+ years in analytics; healthcare/biotech/diagnostics industry experience required.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Tableau, Power BI (SQL preferred).
  • Proven track record delivering data-driven insights to inform strategy.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $39.28 per hour.
