Job Description:

Client ITD is seeking an experienced Scrum/Flow Master to support Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). The role involves coaching teams, facilitating ceremonies/events, removing impediments, supporting Agile transformation, and ensuring high-quality delivery of software projects. Candidate must collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to manage backlogs, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach teams and leadership on Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
  • Facilitate sprint/flow planning, backlog refinement, and ceremonies.
  • Support Agile transformation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions meeting business needs.
  • Track progress using Jira and related tools.
  • Assist with requirements gathering, design, and delivery of Java/Cram web apps.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years in Agile project delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong organization, facilitation, and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on with Jira, MS Project/Excel/Word/PowerPoint/SharePoint.
  • Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, estimation, and reporting.
  • Hands-on software development/debugging (Java or .Net/C#).
  • SQL experience (Oracle/SQL Server).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred:

  • Certified Scrum Master, Kanban, SPC, or SAFe Agilist.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, Jira Align, and portfolio planning.
