Job Roles/Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 years of experience in designing and implementing robust solutions using Azure, React, Advanced Java, and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.

  • Design and implement scalable and secure architectures using Azure, React, Advanced Java, and Spring Boot.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet performance and reliability standards.
  • Ensure the integration of various components and systems to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability through effective use of cloud resources and modern technologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the architecture and development processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards throughout the development process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Document architectural designs and technical specifications for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering impactful solutions that enhance user satisfaction and business growth.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced growth organization in a Global Delivery Model
  • Ability to present ideas to both technical and business stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions.
  • Strong management and communication skills
  • Financial Services domain knowledge will be a plus

Understanding of the SCRUM agile process

Required:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 8 years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies, React JS and Azure
  • Experience in driving development & delivery of initiatives in in-house and vended applications to Production.
  • Good understanding about Spring Integration , Spring boot including JPA/ORM framework
