What You’ll Do:
- Provide on-site technical support to attorneys and staff for desktops, software, and AV systems
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Office and legal applications
- Set up and support video conferencing and conference room technology
- Document and escalate issues, working closely with other IT teams
- Support hardware inventory, repairs, and imaging
- Participate in special IT projects and collaborate with cross-office teams
What You Bring:
- 2 years of technical support or customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktop hardware, and Microsoft Office
- Legal tech support experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) as needed
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s in MIS or related field preferred
