New York, New York – Onsite role

10 months contract with high potential for extension and can convert to permanent.

Pay range: $23 – $24/hr on W2

Job Description:

Digital Hard Skills:

  1. Understanding of basic e-comm PDP assets

  2. Brand asset manager – need to support the team with all their projects (PM, time management, deliverables) – need to PM this area, support function to tack shoot dates, gather materials, send out briefs and follow ups- repsonsibnle for uploading all content the MY team completes in data system – 58 projects per year and increases year over year

  3. Digital – learned as process – understanding of digital minutiae – digital details – not on them to create or produce, but to manage and move things along, ensure deliverables achieved on time, follow set functions and practices

Job Description: Work closely with business partners to coordinate and assist with managing digital projects, to ensure content needs of markets are met on-time and in-full.

This position’s key responsibility is to support the E-Commerce team in content creation:

• Assist both full-time employees & consultants in creating or updating project briefs

• Coordinate photoshoots with agency partners, including pre-production and post-production needs

• Gather, distribute & send products for E-Commerce content production needs (including packshots and textures, model castings, photoshoots, etc.)

• Assist team with E-Commerce Guidelines (including retro-planning to ensure on-time Q4 releases) and E-Commerce Events

• Issue PO & invoices for the E-Commerce Team

• Lead PDP copy brief creation with Marketing

• Own end-end process for uploading assets to OPERA database, including usage rights agreements per asset

Required Skills:

• Project management, time management and organization are top priority

• Must be an independent worker, with a strong & collaborative work ethic and solution-oriented mindset

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Digital or content production experience is a plus, but not required
