Position Summary
The Director of the Digital Adoption Center (DAC) is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide strategy, governance, and execution of digital adoption initiatives. This role ensures that technology investments deliver measurable business value by driving user adoption, improving process efficiency, and enabling workforce productivity. The Director partners with business and IT leaders to align digital adoption with transformation objectives, while building the capabilities, frameworks, and culture needed to sustain adoption at scale.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

Define and execute the enterprise digital adoption strategy in alignment with business transformation goals.

Establish and lead the Digital Adoption Center of Excellence (CoE), setting standards, frameworks, and best practices.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on adoption, change, and value realization.

Governance & Prioritization

Implement governance models for intake, prioritization, and approval of adoption requests across applications.

Ensure adoption efforts are aligned with enterprise priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.

Define KPIs, OKRs, and value metrics to track progress and communicate results to executives.

Execution & Enablement
-
Oversee the design, development, and delivery of digital adoption solutions (e.g., WalkMe) across enterprise applications.

Partner with product owners, application teams, and business leaders to identify high-value use cases.

Enable adoption through in-the-moment guidance, onboarding, training, and analytics.

Operations & Capability Building

Build and lead a high-performing digital adoption team, including program managers, builders, and analysts.

Develop playbooks, frameworks, and training to embed adoption practices into business and IT operations.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and user-centric design.

Qualifications

8 years of experience in digital transformation, digital adoption, IT strategy, or change management leadership.

Proven success implementing Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix, SAP Enable Now) at scale.

Strong understanding of enterprise applications (ERP, HCM, CRM, ITSM, etc.) and business processes.

Expertise in value realization, business case development, and ROI measurement.

Demonstrated ability to influence and engage at the C-suite level.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $141,000 to $246,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
