Description:

Seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) professional to support, monitor, and maintain converged data/voice networks (wired & wireless). Role includes troubleshooting, ticket management, network security monitoring, vendor coordination, and documentation.

Skills Required:

• Experience in network operations, problem resolution, and customer support.
• Strong knowledge of secure switching/routing, cabling, and network analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SolarWinds, ServiceNow preferred.
• Excellent communication & vendor management skills.
• CCNA certification preferred.

Education:

• Associate s Degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.

Additional Info:

• Mostly remote, occasional onsite required.
• Must be flexible for overtime & rotating shifts.
