Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mulesoft Technical Lead to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the telecom domain and proven expertise integrating Salesforce CPQ. Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities are mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integration projects using MuleSoft v4.x (ESB, APIM, Flex Gateway, Anypoint Monitoring).

  • Architect, design, and implement enterprise-scale integration solutions.

  • Oversee full lifecycle BPM and SOA implementations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver telecom-specific integration solutions.

  • Work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Telecom domain expertise mandatory.

  • Integration with Salesforce CPQ mandatory.

  • 10 years experience with integration tools (middleware, ESB, ETL/MDM, API Gateway).

  • MuleSoft Developer and Architect certifications.

  • 3 years hands-on experience with MuleSoft v4.x.

  • Proven knowledge of CloudHub and RTF deployment architectures.

  • Experience with webMethods, Tibco, or IBM WebSphere (desirable).

  • Solid understanding of Microservices, EDA, SOA, and Cloud Computing.

  • Familiarity with Java/J2EE , XML , BPEL , Web Services, and WS-* specifications.

  • Prior consulting or pre-sales experience preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
