Description:
Looking for a Network Operations Analyst to support incident/event management, ticketing, escalations, and monitoring of network systems and applications. Candidate must have strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and relevant technical background.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incident/event management and ticket updates
- Follow run-book procedures for scheduling, monitoring, and support
- Manage change requests, escalations, and technical bridges
- Provide ongoing updates for outages
Requirements:
- BA/BS in IT or equivalent work experience
- 2 years in telecom, internet, or NOC environments
- Knowledge of network protocols, monitoring tools, Windows 11, MS Office
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy)
- Networking/ITIL certifications preferred
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- Must be dependable and able to support varied shifts in 24×7 environment
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $40.00-$42.00 per hour.
